Site Management Coordinate demolition, remediation, enabling and associated subcontractors. Ensure site logistics are effectively managed, including deliveries, traffic management and waste removal. Demolition & Remediation Supervise demolition activities in accordance with approved methodologies. Monitor structural sequencing and temporary stability requirements. Coordinate asbestos removal (where applicable) through licensed contractors. Ensure all waste is correctly segregated, documented and disposed of in accordance with legislation. Stakeholder Management Liaise with clients, consultants and local authorities. Maintain positive relationships with all project stakeholders. Proven experience managing large demolition projects. Strong understanding of demolition sequencing and temporary works. Experience managing multiple subcontractors. Experience working on projects in occupied or constrained urban environments. TEXO Recruitment are currently looking for an Internal Site Manager to lead the delivery of a multi-rise residential fit-out project in Southampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of internal fit-out works, ensuring the project is completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Site Management Coordinate subcontractors across all internal trades. Manage internal fit-out works including drylining, ceilings, joinery, M&E coordination, decoration and final finishes. Coordinate multiple subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Proven experience managing internal fit-out packages on multi-rise residential projects. Experience managing multiple subcontractors. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification preferred. Start Date: ASAP Shifts: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
