Location: Southampton TEXO Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Project Planner to join a major multi-rise construction project in Southampton on a part-time, 18-month contract .
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of a large-scale development, working closely with the project team to develop, monitor and maintain project programmes throughout the construction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Develop, monitor and maintain project programmes.
Track project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
Produce regular progress reports and programme updates.
Work closely with the site and project management teams to ensure milestones are achieved.
Support the successful planning and delivery of the project.
Requirements Proven experience as a Project Planner within the construction industry.
Experience working on multi-storey or large-scale building projects.
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project .
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to produce, update and report on project programmes and progress.
