The successful candidate will coordinate travel, visas, certification and compliance requirements while working closely with operational teams to ensure personnel are deployed efficiently and on schedule. This position would suit someone with previous offshore crewing or personnel logistics experience who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys solving problems. Coordinate the mobilisation and demobilisation of offshore personnel for worldwide projects. Arrange travel and communicate itineraries to personnel. Research visa and work permit requirements and complete applications. Ensure personnel are deployed in accordance with project schedules. Liaise daily with offshore personnel and operational teams. Work closely with Project Managers to meet operational requirements. Monitor certification and training records, ensuring qualifications remain valid. Coordinate renewals for medicals, survival certificates, passports and other required documentation. Arrange training courses as required. Respond quickly to last-minute travel disruptions, personnel changes or client schedule amendments. Participate in an on-call rota to support operational emergencies when necessary. Review and approve expense claims in line with company policy. Support offshore travel tax documentation where required. Previous experience within an offshore crewing, personnel coordination or mobilisation role. Experience coordinating worldwide travel and personnel logistics. Good understanding of offshore travel and mobilisation requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word. Knowledge of global visa and work permit processes. Experience coordinating ad-hoc offshore crews. Understanding of offshore travel tax requirements.
