TEXO Recruitment are currently looking for a permanent Pipefitter on behalf of our external client based in South Aberdeen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to interpret drawings
- Liaise with departmental chargehands to progress jobs through the facility
- Carry out material checks prior to project commencement
- Shaping and preparation of pipework materials
- Tack welding of fit-ups in various materials
- Ensure correct geometry of components utilising Automet as/when required
- Ensure Quality Assurance system are maintained
- Ensure you are meeting all health and safety standards
- Ensuring client requirements are met at all times
Requirements:
- Time served pipefitter
- Relevant industry experience
- Experienced in use of dimensional control equipment (Automet)
