TEXO Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Coordinator (Commercial) for an external client in Newcastle . This role would suit someone with experience in Financial, Logistics, Sales Administration or Project Coordination, ideally within an industrial, engineering, construction or similar environment. You will support the day-to-day running of the business, with a focus on commercial administration, project coordination, invoicing and compliance. Key Responsibilities Process sales invoices and related commercial administration. Support project and commercial teams with coordination and compliance. Maintain company records, systems and accurate data. Coordinate customer and sales enquiries. Support project administration and delivery. Build positive relationships with clients and internal teams. Ensure company policies and procedures are followed. Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes. Requirements Previous sales/commercial administration or project coordination experience. Experience processing sales invoices. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. Good administration and data input skills. Understanding of quality management systems / ISO 9001. Experience within an industrial, engineering, construction or similar environment would be advantageous.
