TEXO have a fantastic opportunity for an NDT Inspector to join our Utilities team located in Glasgow. This role involves conducting high-quality inspections across national worksites, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Level 2 inspections on utility infrastructure.
- Perform Phased Array, Eddy Current Testing (ECT), Visual Testing (VT), and Pulsed Eddy Current (PECT) where applicable on pipelines, structures, and other assets in outdoor/countryside environments.
- Work closely with clients and project teams to deliver accurate inspection reports.
- Maintain NDT equipment as needed.
- Travel to national worksites and adapt to wet, muddy, or challenging terrain.
Essential:
- SQA National 5 Maths, English, Computers/IT & Physics
- Full driving licence and over 21 (for insurance)
- Outdoors/groundwork/site work experience
Preferred:
- Experience with Non-Destructive Testing, Engineering fabrication or site Quality Control
