TEXO have a fantastic opportunity for an NDT Inspector to join our Utilities team located in Glasgow. This role involves conducting high-quality inspections across national worksites, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Level 2 inspections on utility infrastructure.
  • Perform Phased Array, Eddy Current Testing (ECT), Visual Testing (VT), and Pulsed Eddy Current (PECT) where applicable on pipelines, structures, and other assets in outdoor/countryside environments.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with clients and project teams to deliver accurate inspection reports.
  • Maintain NDT equipment as needed.
  • Travel to national worksites and adapt to wet, muddy, or challenging terrain.

Requirements

  • Ultrasonic Inspection Level 2 (Certified & Current).
  • Willingness to travel nationally and work in outdoor/rural environments.

Preferred

  • Eddy Current Level 2, Visual Testing, Phased Array & Pulsed Eddy Current (PECT).
  • CSCS Card, CSE (2-day Medium Risk), NWHS Blue Card (or willingness to obtain – training can be provided).
