The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients and customers. You will Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. We would expect the successful candidate to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers through regular communication and personalised interactions.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required
– Proven experience in a customer / client facing role.
– Strong office background with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
– Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
– Confident and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for working with people.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software.
