TEXO Recruitment are looking for an experienced Painter to work on a permanent basis with one of our external clients. This role is based in Aberdeen.
Responsibilities:
- Spray & Brush Painting
- Perform all aspects of coatings projects safely and efficiently
- Operate, clean and maintain all painting equipment, including paint robot, brushes, rollers, sprayers, mixing equipment, pumps and PPE
- Carry out painting inspection and ensure this is documented to agreed procedure
- Maintain a safe work site
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Knowledge on areas requiring masking/protection
- High attention to detail
- Understanding of the application of high performance coatings
- Requires experience with all aspects of painting, surface preparation, finishing and maintenance of a wide variety of industrial structures
- Basic understanding of coatings scope documents
- Previous experience in spraying, blasting & painting
