TEXO Recruitment are looking for an experienced Painter to work on a permanent basis with one of our external clients. This role is based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities:

  • Spray & Brush Painting
  • Perform all aspects of coatings projects safely and efficiently
  • Operate, clean and maintain all painting equipment, including paint robot, brushes, rollers, sprayers, mixing equipment, pumps and PPE
  • Carry out painting inspection and ensure this is documented to agreed procedure
  • Maintain a safe work site

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Knowledge on areas requiring masking/protection
  • High attention to detail
  • Understanding of the application of high performance coatings
  • Requires experience with all aspects of painting, surface preparation, finishing and maintenance of a wide variety of industrial structures
  • Basic understanding of coatings scope documents
  • Previous experience in spraying, blasting & painting
