Health and Safety Advisor - Construction - NEBOSH

TEXO Recruitment are looking for an experienced SHEQ Advisor to join our external client based in Westhill, Aberdeenshire. To ensure Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) compliance, promoting best practices and continuous improvement across all operations. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. Develop and maintain SHEQ policies, procedures, and the Integrated Management System (IMS). Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations, reporting findings and recommending actions. Lead SHEQ inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions. Liaise with external bodies and represent the company at industry events. NEBOSH Gen/Construction Cert, NCRQ, or NVQ Level 3 in OHS CSCS card UK driving licence Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and auditing SMSTS (CITB) Quality auditing background
