Operational Responsibilities
- Remeasuring of work packages
- Preparing applications for payment in line with the contract
- Management of Subcontractors accounts/payments
- Liaison with the client team and design team members
- Assessing and submitting compensation events in line with the contract
- Preparation of contractual correspondence and notifications
- Liaising with site personnel to obtain site records and reconciling works claimed
- Signing off weekly wages for price work teams
- Negotiation of compensation events with the employer
- Prepare Monthly Cost Reports/CVRs
Health and Safety Responsibilities
- Ensure Texo policy and statutory health and safety regulations are adhered to
Quality Responsibilities
- Ensure all payments to subcontractors are signed off by operational teams in line with company processes.
- Ensure all correspondence is completed in line with contract timescales.
