TEXO Recruitment are currently looking for a Machinist for one of our external clients in the Edinburgh area to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on multi-skilled professional to join a busy engineering workshop.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC and manual milling machines, lathes, turning and drilling equipment in a busy machine shop.
- Manufacture batch and one-off components to precise specifications.
- Interpret and work accurately from technical drawings while meeting required quality standards.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with other workshop departments.
- Manage multiple machining tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all work produced.
- Follow and comply with company Health and Safety regulations.
