We are seeking a motivated Civil / Structural Draughtsman with 3–4 years of industry experience to join our client's growing team. This role is ideal for someone looking to further develop their technical capability while working on a variety of civil and structural projects. You will support engineers and project teams by producing accurate, high-quality drawings and models across multiple design stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings and 3D models for new facility structures
- Prepare drawings for structural repairs and modifications
- Prepare foundation and substructure drawings
- Produce GA drawings, details, reinforcement layouts, and steelwork models from engineering input
- Develop fabrication and construction drawing packages
- Work closely with engineers to translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings
- Update and revise drawings as designs evolve
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure drawing consistency and clash avoidance
- Maintain drawing standards and document control procedures
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–4 years’ experience in civil and/or structural drafting
- Strong working knowledge of Revit
- Strong working knowledge of Advance Steel
- Strong working knowledge of 2D AutoCAD
- Experience producing drawings for structural elements and foundations
- Ability to interpret engineering calculations and mark-ups
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple drawing packages and deadlines
- Experience with ArcGIS
- Exposure to BIM coordination workflows
- Experience on facility, industrial, or infrastructure projects
