TEXO Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Separation Technician to carry out an offshore scope. This is an exciting opportunity to support a 3-week offshore scope, carrying out installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing activities on advanced fluid separation equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out site surveys, equipment installation, commissioning, and start-up activities
  • Support engineering and operation of process packages, including tanks, pumps, and chemical injection systems
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and equipment mobilisation
  • Complete and maintain QHSE documentation, ensuring all certification and compliance requirements are met
  • Provide technical support, assist with personnel training, and contribute to project delivery
  • Follow all company and client safety procedures, identifying and reporting hazards where required

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • NC, HNC, HND, apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Hydraulic, or Electrical Engineering
  • Valid offshore survival and medical certification
  • Previous experience working with fluid separation systems and associated process equipment
  • Experience with OEM disc stack centrifuges would be highly desirable
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work independently offshore
