TEXO Recruitment is working in partnership with an award-winning, global Remote Intervention company to recruit an experienced ROV Tooling Technician.
This role will involve the assembly, maintenance, repair, and commissioning of a wide range of Remote Intervention Equipment and ROV-deployed tooling solutions. You will work as part of a small, dynamic team, reporting directly to the Senior Technician and Technical Manager, ensuring the highest standards of quality, performance, and service delivery.
- Carry out mechanical and hydraulic assembly, commissioning, and operation of new-build Remote Intervention tooling in line with company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment in line with HSEQ policies.
- Undertake occasional offshore and ad-hoc offsite work as required.
- Assist with workshop administration, including identifying spare/replacement parts, compiling technical reports, and supporting the wider team.
- Strong mechanical and hydraulic aptitude.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly documentation.
- Good understanding of electro-hydraulic control systems and associated software.
- Previous experience working in a similar workshop or offshore environment.
- Experience supporting offshore operations or deployments.
