Responsibilities
- Support the creation and development of seasonal design ranges across outerwear, balancing creative and commercial needs to deliver against the concept brief.
- Work across multi‑product projects, enjoying varied and exciting assignments within a department that has full support and enthusiasm from management.
- Assist in creating a broad variety of styles that creatively respond to a brief, embracing a commercial eye and a think‑outside‑the‑box approach.
About You
- Illustrator proficient with a Textile or Fashion Design Degree or equivalent.
- Experience within the industry, such as paid work, internships or relevant projects.
- Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic nature with the ability to adapt and work collaboratively within a close‑knit team.
- Genuine excitement about the Joules brand.
- Confidence in switching between different products as workload is varied and at times fast‑paced.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and build strong rapport and relationships across wider teams.
- Understanding of commercial acumen, customer and market positioning.
