You’ll be fully embedded with an iconic brand, steering every visual output and shaping the creative direction across every touchpoint, from slick social and digital to experiential, motion, and beyond. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Creative in one of their biggest most impressive clients.
• Design everything from social content, presentations, event collateral, and motion graphics to campaign visuals.
• Translate strategic thinking into visual magic.
• Present your ideas with confidence, clarity, and passion.
• Keep the creative sharp and relevant by staying plugged into culture, design trends, and competitors.
• Juggle multiple projects like a pro without compromising quality or creativity.
• Brief and manage freelancers where needed.

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years in a creative/design role in an agency.
• A portfolio that punches, showing range, originality, and how you elevate brand worlds within guidelines.
• Mastery of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Keynote; bonus points for CMS and event tools.
• Strong across all formats: digital, social, print, video, experiential.
• A love for typography, layout, colour, and storytelling.
• Confidence in your ideas and presenting them to both creative teams and clients.
• Agility under pressure and a hunger to keep raising the bar.
