They’re now on the lookout for a Junior Designer to join their growing team, someone with a keen eye, a big heart, and a standout portfolio that proves you get what great brand work looks like. A recent graduate in Graphic Design , Graphic Communication , or a similar field. A confident creative with an outstanding portfolio — thoughtful, polished, and full of brand & identity. Ideally, you\’ve already dipped your toes into agency life through an internship or placement. Bonus points if you’ve picked up a D&AD New Blood , YCN , or any other competition wins A designer who loves both concept and craft, you think strategically and design with intent. Collaborate on real projects for mission-led clients across diverse sectors. Help shape compelling brand identities, campaigns, and digital experiences.
