They’re now on the lookout for a Junior Designer to join their growing team, someone with a keen eye, a big heart, and a standout portfolio that proves you get what great brand work looks like.

Who you are:

  • A recent graduate in Graphic Design, Graphic Communication, or a similar field.
  • A confident creative with an outstanding portfolio — thoughtful, polished, and full of brand & identity.
  • Ideally, you\’ve already dipped your toes into agency life through an internship or placement.
  • Bonus points if you’ve picked up a D&AD New Blood, YCN, or any other competition wins
  • A designer who loves both concept and craft, you think strategically and design with intent.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment, ask great questions, and genuinely care about your work.

  • Collaborate on real projects for mission-led clients across diverse sectors.
  • Help shape compelling brand identities, campaigns, and digital experiences.
