• Going out of your way to assist every guest
• Serving our fresh baked bread
• Maintaining wait and quote times effectively
• Providing a special welcome to First-Time Guests
• Sharing our legendary Texas Roadhouse Story with guests
• Demonstrating that we are the friendliest place in town
• Exhibiting teamwork
