Key Responsibilities

  • The EPR Product Analyst will report into the EPR Product Specialist to support design, configuration, and optimisation of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system by gathering requirements, analysing workflows, and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Hybrid working is available, but this role requires a minimum on-site presence of three days per week at Sherwood Forest Hospitals; on-site requirements may increase during go-live or key delivery periods.
  • May be required to manage a team to deliver a discrete configuration package.
  • The post holder acts as a bridge between clinical teams, technical specialists and suppliers, providing detailed analysis to inform product decisions and configuration standards.
  • Contribute to testing, data validation and adoption activities, ensuring the EPR solution meets user needs and complies with safety and governance requirements.
  • Required to demonstrate the product to a range of stakeholders in groups or individually (one-to-one).
