Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services Ltd (DSFS) based in Chesterfield are looking to appoint the right candidate into the exciting role of ICT Applications Manager to join the DSFS ICT Operations Team. This involves leading and managing the ICT Applications Team delivering a first class service to Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

To provide personal leadership and management to the ICT Applications Services team, ensuring they are clear about their objectives, responsibilities, and accountabilities. To ensure they are regularly appraised and have a personal development plan that supports them and the business to meet objectives.

Lead on all aspects of the ICT Applications Services delivery provided by the ICT support team. Act as a key point of contact for the ICT Applications Services users throughout all DSFS customers; communicate ICT Applications Services issues to internal and external staff, providing guidance on courses of action available.

Ensure that incidents, changes and service requests are managed in accordance with Service Level Agreements; ensuring that change management and implementation processes are robust and effective in supporting business needs.
