DSFS has a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Estates professional to lead our Estates Services at Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Interviews will be held 9th January 2026 and 12th January 2026.

• Report to the Director of Operations and serve as the organisation’s professional lead and Board advisor for Estates services and compliance.
• Lead, manage and develop the Estates Service to ensure all services meet statutory, NHS targets, requirements and offer quality and value for money as required by DSFS and the Trust.
• Undertake the role of Estates professional advisor to the DSFS Board, advising and reporting on key Estates strategic and compliance issues.
• Develop an estates strategy that is aligned with and enables the delivery of the Trust’s clinical services strategy.
• Lead estates compliance services, working closely with senior DSFS and Trust leaders to ensure these services meet national standards, patient expectations and are aligned with the Trust’s clinical strategy and aims.
• Deputise for the Operations Director as required both within the Trust and at external forums.
• Develop and promote the development and wellbeing of all our people.
• Support the organisation’s transformation agenda and take the lead on transformation projects where appropriate.
