CAMHS Practitioner – Texas Medical Marketplace

Join us as a CAMHS Practitioner with Texas Medical Marketplace. This role involves working with young people across North Derbyshire, supporting them through a range of mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex young people with moderate to severe mental health disorders.
• Carry out routine assessments and develop collaborative care plans.
• Offer first‑level therapeutic interventions including CBT, systemic family therapy, DBT, IPT, and Positive Behaviour Support.
• Screen for neuro‑developmental issues and make appropriate internal referrals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and participate in regular clinical supervision.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified healthcare professional, social worker or accredited therapist.
• Experience working with young people in a mental health setting is desirable.

Training & Development

Postgraduate training through the young people IAPT scheme, regular on‑the‑job training, and comprehensive supervision are provided.
