We are searching for a Technical Applications Advisor, someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will manage and maintain the core infrastructure that hosts mission critical applications and solutions. Develop and optimize the system to ensure that the system is running optimally to host the clinical workloads.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with technology leads to develop and manage budgets for infrastructure, software, and services.
- Monitor cloud and telecom spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement financial controls.
- Assist in preparation of monthly forecasts.
- Oversee telecom billing processes, including invoice validation, dispute resolution, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of telecom assets, usage, and contracts.
- Assist in reconciling invoices to POs.
Skills & Requirements
- Required H.S. Diploma or GED and with a preferred bachelor's degree.
- Required 10 years of major system design and implementation experience, project management or project leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience. Master's degree will substitute for two (2) additional years of work experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong familiarity with FinOps related to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial planning software.
