About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer with a strong background in Microsoft technologies and security best practices . This role combines technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities, acting as both a Project Engineer and an escalation point for junior engineers . You will play a key role in pre-sales engagements , ensuring solutions are aligned with client needs and industry standards.
Job Requirements
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft cloud solutions with a focus on security and compliance .
- Serve as a technical escalation point for junior engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Act as Project Engineer , overseeing delivery and ensuring milestones are met.
- Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Support pre-sales activities , including solution design, presentations, and technical validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Microsoft Azure and related cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles , identity management, and compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 , Azure Active Directory , and security tools .
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Certifications (Essential)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate .
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance (or equivalent).
- Additional certifications in cloud security are highly desirable.
