Providing administrative support to departments and functions within the business; working flexibly across the service, working on a range of activity to provide proactive support to service users; to play an active part within the wider Retail team; contributing to team activities, discussions and decisions to grow and improve the Heritage Portfolio business; articulating the service offers for all retail venues, including the food, the equipment, the flow and the customer experience to improve the Heritage Portfolio business; recruiting, training and developing team members as appropriate to their job role and growth; managing workload in a responsive way to assist the retail supervisors to meet key objectives and external regulatory requirements; ensuring the professional delivery of established business processes such as database management to support the organisation; working with colleagues and team leaders to identify areas for improvement, ensuring the support offer remains appropriate for all service users; working methodically to prioritise work and meet deadlines; using innovative and imaginative thinking to improve service delivery; reporting immediately any incidents or accidents, fire, theft, loss, damage, unsuitable food offers and take such action as may be appropriate.
