Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Practice Development Practitioner to support staff and students across the Adult Mental Health Crisis Service in North Yorkshire. The role focuses on clinical leadership, teaching, mentoring and quality improvement to enhance patient care.
You will work 5 days a week Mon-Fri on a fixed-term 12-month contract, contributing to service development and inter-professional learning with senior colleagues and operational managers.
