Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Technician (Band 5) to cover Community Mental Health Teams across Harrogate, Hambleton and Richmond, with travel to Foss Park Hospital in York.

The role requires GPh C registration and medicines optimisation experience.

You will work across community hubs and discharge pathways, with a focus on medicines optimisation and patient safety.
