After major investment and lots of hard work, our beautiful hotel is thriving. With stunning spaces like the Cotswolds Suite, Berkeley Bar, and our gorgeous grounds, we’re ready to take things to the next level… and that’s where you come in.

💍 Your role:

As our new Weddings & Events Sales Specialist, you’ll be the warm welcome and expert guide for couples and event organisers alike — from the first “hello” to the final “cheers.” You’ll:

✨ Host show-stopping show-rounds

✨ Create bespoke proposals that wow

✨ Build strong guest relationships

✨ Collaborate across teams to bring events to life

✨ Bring proactive energy to sales and strategy

You’ll need experience in wedding/event sales, a genuine love for hospitality and the kind of attention to detail that keeps everything (and everyone) calm and smiling.

This is a full-time, permanent role.

Salary: £28,000/year, with a whole host of fabulous benefits, including complimentary gym membership.
