Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the front‑of‑house team during service, setting the standard for warm, professional and attentive hospitality.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect the reputation and standards of our award‑winning restaurant.
  • Support the onboarding, training and development of team members, helping to build confidence, product knowledge and service excellence.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues on the floor, providing guidance and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture where colleagues feel engaged, supported and motivated to succeed.
  • Champion high standards of presentation, service and attention to detail, ensuring consistency across every shift.
  • Support daily restaurant operations, reservations and table management to ensure a smooth and seamless guest journey.
  • Develop and share strong food, beverage, and wine knowledge, enabling the team to confidently make recommendations and enhance the guest experience.
  • Encourage upselling through excellent product knowledge and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Work closely with the kitchen, bar and wider hotel teams to deliver a first‑class dining experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and hygiene standards.

About You

  • Previous experience in a Hospitality Supervisor, Team Leader, Senior Waiter/Waitress, or similar role within a quality‑led or high‑end restaurant environment.
  • Passionate about hospitality, exceptional service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge, with an interest in wine and wine pairing.
  • A natural leader who enjoys coaching, developing, and inspiring others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, hands‑on approach with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Committed to maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.
