  • Welcome members, hotel guests, visitors and society groups with a warm and professional approach.
  • Provide outstanding service from golf reception, including check-in, bookings and enquiries.
  • Ensure every golfer enjoys a first-class journey from arrival to departure.
  • Build strong relationships with guests and colleagues across the resort.
  • Resolve guest queries professionally and confidently.
  • Support daily golf operations
  • Manage tee sheets and assist with the smooth flow of play throughout the day.
  • Marshal the golf course, promoting pace of play and excellent golf etiquette.
  • Prepare, clean and present golf buggies to luxury resort standards, ensuring they are fully charged and ready for use.
  • Maintain the presentation of the golf reception, buggy park, practice facilities and surrounding areas.
  • Assist with practice facilities, driving range operations and golf events.
  • Support competitions, corporate golf days and resort tournaments.
  • Keep our operation organised
  • Coordinate daily golfer arrivals and tee times.
  • Carry out opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitor buggy allocation and charging schedules.
  • Liaise with the Greenkeeping team regarding course conditions.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and operational documentation.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to help maintain our high standards.
  • Contribute to commercial success
  • Promote golf memberships, buggy hire, retail products and resort experiences.
  • Maximise retail sales through excellent product knowledge.
  • Assist with stock control and daily cash reconciliation.
  • Help maximise tee sheet utilisation while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.
  • Care for equipment and facilities to minimise operational costs.

  • Previous experience in hospitality, leisure, golf or customer service is desirable but not essential.
