Partner with Heads of Department and the Hotel Manager to manage day-to-day payroll queries and support team administration and training coordination. Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters and induction documentation, ensuring a seamless and engaging onboarding experience. Coordinate pre-employment checks, including references and right-to-work verification. Maintain accurate, confidential and up-to-date employee records in line with GDPR and company policy. Manage employee records within Planday, including holidays and statutory entitlements. Support payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely submission of time records and employee changes. Assist with visa and right-to-work administration, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Seek guidance where required to ensure employment law compliance and best practice is consistently applied.

Learning & Development Administration

  • Coordinate, schedule, and track training programmes aligned with business culture and individual development plans.
  • Maintain training records and individual employee training files, ensuring audit readiness.
  • Support inductions and contribute to the development of learning materials, reflecting the resort’s culture and ethos.
  • Monitor completion of mandatory training and provide reporting and insights to management.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating employee handbooks, policies and procedures in line with best practice.
  • Contribution to succession planning across departments.

Employee Experience & Operational Support

  • Manage uniform ordering, distribution, and record-keeping, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Take a proactive role in welcoming new team members, helping to deliver engaging onboarding experiences in partnership with Heads of Department.
  • Coordinate employee travel arrangements where required.
  • Act as a first point of contact for People & Culture queries, offering a professional, approachable and supportive service.
  • Support initiatives that promote employee engagement, wellbeing and development across the resort.

  • Highly organised with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • A confident communicator with a warm and approachable manner.

  • Able to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to prioritise in a busy environment.
  • Previous experience in HR, People & Culture, or administration is desirable.
