Maintain accurate, confidential and up-to-date employee records in line with GDPR and company policy.
Manage employee records within Planday, including holidays and statutory entitlements.
Support payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely submission of time records and employee changes.
Assist with visa and right-to-work administration, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Seek guidance where required to ensure employment law compliance and best practice is consistently applied.
