This site-based, hands-on role reports to the Director of Strategy, with 2 direct reports and a 40-hour week. Salary is DOE plus a profit-based bonus (~15%). The role covers 13 four-weekly periods, VAT, intercompany, payroll and KPI-driven commercial improvements.
