Tewinbury Farm is launching Farm Club Fit, a new indoor and outdoor training space set within 700 acres of working farmland in Hertfordshire. We’re looking for a Gym Manager to lead it. This is a chance to build something from the ground up. You’ll shape the culture of the space, lead the coaching team and create a training environment that people want to be part of. From early morning sessions in the yard to classes that run into the evening, Farm Club Fit is about strong coaching, good energy and a community that trains together.
You’ll run the day-to-day operation of the gym, deliver classes, grow the membership and make sure every person walking through the door feels part of it.
The Role
You will lead the day-to-day running of Farm Club Fit while building a strong team and an engaged membership community. Responsibilities include:
- Managing the daily operation of the gym including programming, scheduling and staffing
- Delivering a minimum of three classes per day with high coaching standards
- Recruiting and developing a team of coaches
- Creating a strong and welcoming training culture
- Overseeing member onboarding and retention
- Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and health and safety across the facility
- Supporting membership growth and community engagement
- Working closely with the wider Tewinbury team on events, partnerships and experiences

About Farm Club Fit
Tewinbury’s new membership offering built around movement. The space combines indoor training with outdoor sessions across the farm, creating a gym that feels very different to the traditional four walls with ice baths, sauna, pilates and soon to be padel. Think strength training, conditioning classes, open gym sessions and community events, all set within one of Hertfordshire’s most distinctive countryside destinations.
