We are an independent family run hospitality business with multiple restaurants, a farm shop, picture house, wedding venue, events space, a festival field and a hotel. We care about our land, our people and our guests and we are looking to grow our team with people that have a drive to deliver industry leading service in a goal to becoming one of the best hotels in the UK.

Our food and beverage assistants get to learn all our venues and work out which area of our 700-acre farm is best suited to them. Our relaxed, fast Granary Kitchen? Our refined Cowshed Restaurant? Maybe it’s our Stable Wine and Cocktail Bar? We are looking for motivated individuals with a can-do attitude who align with our values of taking pride in our land, product and people, who are always welcoming and generous to our guests while staying curious and wanting to learn.

If you have experience in hospitality, be it in restaurants, deli, coffee shop or bars, we want to hear from you. The role of Food & Beverage Assistant will involve:

  • Meeting and greeting guests.
  • Serving food and beverages.
  • Ensuring excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ensuring guests satisfaction at all times.

Requirements for Food & Beverage Assistant:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality role is a must.
  • Previous bar experience.
  • All applicants must have a flexible approach to their work and be willing to work the hours required.
  • An excellent standard of presentation is essential.
  • Successful applicants will work a variety of shifts over 30 hours per week. These could be on any 5 days of the week depending on the business needs.
