We are an independent family run luxury venue with multiple restaurants, a farm shop, picture house, wedding venue, events space, a festival field and a hotel.

We are recruiting for an Events Set Up Team Member to join our busy team on a casual basis.

The suitable candidate will be working from 5am till lunchtime.

Responsibilities

• Setting up conference rooms and events spaces, moving chairs, furniture and other items around the site as required.
• Ensuring all areas presentable and ready for daily operations.
• Ensuring that the venues and immediate gardens are clean, presentable, and tidy.
• Maintain service and storage areas, monitoring what is used, making sure things are returned and handed over.
• Bottle water from our direct source ready for the days events.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience in a similar role.
• Flexible approach to work and willingness to work the hours required of the business.
• Excellent standard of presentation is essential.
• Hours will vary depending on business needs.
• Hours may be unsociable starting early mornings.
• Knowledgeable on general hotel operations.
• Preferably hold a full driver’s license.
• Live-in options available.
