We would like to invite applications for the role of Pharmacy Business Manager to deliver against specific commercial sales objectives for the retail portfolio in a designated territory (Scotland & Northern Ireland) through sales contact and relationship building.

A Day in the Life of a Pharmacy Business Manager...

  • You will drive sales of Generics and OTC portfolio within Retail customers in line with sales and marketing plan.
  • You will work in cross-functional, collaborative account management approach with regional colleagues to identify key target Pharmacists and retail customers and develop approach with relevant value proposition.
  • You will work in a hybrid model, defining how each customer wants to be contacted and ensuring that a customer focussed balance between face to face and remote contact is achieved.
  • You will achieve and exceed sales for designated geographical territory by taking ownership for key agreed actions developed through collaborative account management.
  • You will create/maintain relationships with Stakeholders to a high level to ensure that mutually beneficial objectives are achieved.
  • You will take shared ownership and accountability of Key Account Management plans.
  • You will deliver against individual metrics as defined by Line Manager.
  • You will submit monthly reports and all other specified administration and CRM requirements as detailed by line manager and Mandates.
  • You will be cognisant of the customers' agendas seeking ways of working collaboratively to deliver positive outcomes for both customers and Teva.

  • A degree or equivalent, or relevant vocational experience.
  • ABPI code of practice exam (or happy to work towards obtaining it).
  • Experience and proven track record in pharmaceutical sales in a sales role.
  • UK healthcare environment.
