The opportunity: This role will deliver against specific commercial sales objectives across the Teva portfolio, maximising launch and growth opportunities adapting approach and working in a collaborative way. Working effectively using key account principles, this role will build long term, mutually beneficial relationships with all appropriate payor or clinical stakeholders and will ensure launch readiness for all relevant pipeline products.
Area to cover: Frimley, Kent & Medway, Dorset, Surrey & Heartlands, Hampshire & IOW, Sussex.
A day in the life of an IHM:
- Creating positive market access environment for all relevant products, services and propositions, utilising most appropriate approach.
- To achieve and exceed commercial sales and activity targets through effective key account management.
- To create/maintain relationships with stakeholders to a high level to ensure that mutually beneficial objectives are achieved.
- To develop local mutually beneficial strategic collaborations with external/NHS organisations.
- To create, update and monitor local plans in collaboration with local and national cross functional teams.
- Submit monthly reports and all other specified administration and CRM requirements as required.
- To be cognisant of the customers' agendas seeking ways of working collaboratively to deliver positive outcomes for the patients, NHS and Teva.
- To work with designated secondary care stakeholders and payors alongside other specific groups who will drive the agenda.
- To take a whole system approach to working within designated geography.
- Complete all activities in line with company SOPs and to the highest industry standards.
Your experience and qualifications:
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales and account management.
- A good understanding of the NHS environment.
- Strong business acumen.
- Able to build and sustain long term customer relationships.
- Up to date with competitor activity, industry trends and best practices, interrogating data appropriately to identify trends, and utilise results to challenge and inform ways of working.
- Fluent in English.
- Happy to travel.
