The Associate Director - Category Manager Devices will support the development and execution of category management across Teva's Device network. This role owns assigned technologies within the Device Category and is responsible for developing practical category strategies while working closely with Strategic Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality, and other business stakeholders to deliver consistent procurement outcomes.
Reporting to the Senior Director Procurement - Devices Category and Strategic Sourcing Lead, the role plays a key part in building foundational category management capability, strengthening supplier engagement, and improving procurement effectiveness with clear accountability for long-term financial value delivery. This is a hands-on role suited for an experienced category professional who thrives in ambiguity and contributes to building structure, discipline, and consistency across procurement practice.

- Define and implement supplier management strategies for key device suppliers
- Lead supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement programs
- Partner with Quality and Manufacturing teams to ensure suppliers meet operational and compliance standards
- Significant experience in category management or strategic sourcing, ideally in a pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Experience tracking KPIs and driving Cost of Sales (COS) reduction through structured, multi-year plans
- Knowledge of device markets, supplier landscapes, and relevant regulatory considerations
- Skilled at building strong supplier relationships
