The opportunity: As Assistant Brand Manager, you will support the delivery of brand and digital marketing initiatives across consumer healthcare brands, with a strong focus on working collaboratively with the new Global HUB process. You will work closely with the global team to adapt toolkit assets for the UK market, managing content approvals, ensuring compliance, cultural relevance, and brand consistency. This role offers exposure to digital channels, social media, PR, and website management, while contributing to brand planning and execution.
How you'll spend your day:
- Assist in coordinating organic and paid social media content with agency partners.
- Manage internal approval processes for digital content via PAGB and Veeva systems.
- Support execution of social media adsets (Meta, TikTok), including scheduling and performance tracking.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for PR activities and press office tasks.
- Assist in preparing materials for proactive and reactive media communications.
- Support website content updates, blog development, and SEO activities under guidance from the brand team.
- Monitor analytics and compile reports to inform improvements.
- Help adapt global toolkit assets for local market use, ensuring compliance and relevance.
- Gather local insights and share feedback with global teams.
- Assist in implementing integrated digital campaigns across paid media, social, PR, and owned channels.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and messaging consistency.
- Support budget tracking, PO raising, and invoice processing for digital activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor competitor activity and digital trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in reporting KPIs and ROI for digital campaigns.
- Contribute to team upskilling by sharing learnings from digital activities.
Your experience and qualifications:
- Experience or strong interest in marketing within consumer healthcare or FMCG sectors.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and digital marketing principles.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with agencies and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn budget management processes.
