We’re Teva, a leading innovative biopharmaceutical company, enabled by a world-class generics business. Whether it’s innovating in neuroscience and immunology or delivering high‑quality medicine worldwide, we’re dedicated to addressing patients’ needs now and in the future. Here you will be part of a high‑performing, inclusive culture that values fresh thinking and collaboration. A Day In The Life Of A Packaging Technician

Within this role, you will ultimately be responsible as the final checkpoint for each high grade pharma product batch that leaves our site. You’ll be packing, setting up, operating, monitoring and improving all automated packing equipment used to create our blow‑fill‑seal nebules or pre‑filled syringes. Your actions enable Teva’s patients to receive lifesaving and enhancing medication each day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take great care to ensure all equipment is operating at agreed standards – monitoring performance, fault‑finding, and making appropriate adjustments.
  • Assist, where appropriate, in basic equipment maintenance as instructed by the Engineering team.
  • Take accountability in adhering to Health and Safety procedures and good working practices to minimise accidents and incidents.
  • Perform packaging operational duties to enhance overall quality of the final product.
  • Ensure good housekeeping standards are met within the packaging area and in accordance with cGMP.
  • Take ownership of reporting any instances of non‑conformance and communicate them to the management team.

Who We Are Looking For

We welcome recent graduates with a degree in engineering or science who are passionate about improving patients’ lives. Alternatively, we also value experience working on a packing line in a highly regulated environment such as the pharmaceutical industry, food manufacturing, medical devices, or similar, without a degree background.

Do You Have

  • Strong technical and problem‑solving skills applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Good attention to detail.

Are You

  • A good communicator and self‑starter.
  • Capable of setting and delivering high performance standards for yourself and team members.
  • Able to work as part of an operations team.

How We’ll Take Care Of You

From day one, you’ll be supported with benefits designed to help you thrive in and out of work. This includes generous annual leave, reward plans, flexible working schedules (dependent on role), access to tailored health support, and meaningful ways to give back to the community. You’ll be encouraged to explore, evolve, and shape your career path with the help of Twist, our one‑stop shop for career development.
