Your Skills And Experience
- Experience in Talent Acquisition in a global environment, with strong knowledge of best practices, emerging trends, and relevant technologies.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing Talent Acquisition teams and functions, with responsibility for strategic direction, team capability building, operational excellence, and creating an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- Track record of implementing new Talent Acquisition tools and systems, including managing rollout, stakeholder adoption, training, and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to lead effective change management initiatives across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation (out of the box thinking), and excellence.
- Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and data-driven technologies to modernize Talent Acquisition processes, improve decision-making, and drive scalable, compliant, and ethical recruitment practices.
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Being able to lead without authority.
