The Pipeline Neuroscience Asset Lead, GHEVO, will serve in the principal technical and strategic support role for compounds in development and will report to Senior Director, Pipeline Head for Neuroscience, GHEVO. Represents GHEVO by providing HEOR input into global HEOR/Access strategies. As a GMVT (Global Medical Value Team) lead and key member of GPT (Global Product Team), the Director will collaborate with cross‑functional partners for key deliverables, including Global Value Materials, Economic Models development, Indirect comparisons Analyses, Patients studies and other Real World Evidence studies, engagement with external stakeholders, such payers, and work with the regions, and when needed with countries to plan and implement studies based on regional/local business plans.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement GHEVO evidence plans aligned with Teva governance.
- Shape GHEVO strategies to strengthen and differentiate asset value propositions.
- Provide GHEVO input into clinical trial design, including COAs and HE endpoints.
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships to maximize Neuroscience portfolio opportunities.
- Integrate health economic value arguments early to guide key decisions.
- Advise teams on protocol improvements to support pricing, reimbursement, and compliance.
- Communicate GHEVO strategies and evidence outputs effectively across functions.
- Co‑lead the GMVT team and drive the asset value proposition with Global Pricing & Access.
- Represent Teva externally in scientific, payer, regulatory and stakeholder meetings.
- Monitor global HEOR and access trends and adjust GHEVO strategy accordingly.
- Maintain a global network of clinical, HEOR and payer experts to strengthen evidence and access strategies.
- Manage project budgets and timelines accurately.
- Collaborate on scientific communications and support HEOR‑related publications.
- Lead health economics and outcomes research for neuroscience assets.
- Provide GHEVO insights to shape and support access and HTA strategies.
- Develop and execute GHEVO plans for Neuroscience pipeline assets.
- Identify study opportunities to enhance and differentiate value propositions.
- Oversee creation of Global Value Dossiers for HTA submissions.
- Design and implement HE models, evidence synthesis, COA strategies and early HTA assessments.
- Conduct real‑world evidence studies to assess burden of disease and inform development milestones.
- Develop COA strategies and new COA tools per regulatory requirements when needed.
- Drive innovation by applying new methods and taking informed research risks.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (such as MS, MPH, Pharm D, MD or PhD) preferably in a quantitative discipline such as epidemiology, health economics or health services research.
- +7 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience conducting outcomes research, health economics research, health services research, health technology assessment or conducting epidemiological studies across different geographies.
- Experience in rare diseases is essential.
- Experience in Neuroscience outcomes research desired but not a pre‑requisite.
- Strong project management skills – demonstrated by a track record of delivering relevant HEOR evidence, dossier development, and scientific publications – are also required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of health care systems and health technology assessment guidelines and processes in relevant countries.
- Ability to understand disease space and appropriately plan and deliver GHEVO strategy, including studies for specific compounds.
- Demonstrate commercial/market access acumen.
- Ability to anticipate issues/needs and works proactively to address them.
- Demonstrate distinctive problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Have a solution‑driven approach in resolving complex problems.
- Self‑starter, with an ability to work independently or as part of a global team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, demonstrated through former experience collaborating with clinical, medical, regulatory and commercial stakeholders in a matrix organization.
- Exhibits strong collaboration skills and ability to engage across multiple functions, regions and cultures.
- Ability to manage consensus at various levels and cultivate strategic internal relationships across the organization.
