This role focuses on enablement, adoption, and value realization—ensuring that democratized tools such as M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and automation capabilities are embedded into daily work practices in a way that is scalable, secure, and compliant with Teva's global and regulated environment. This role bridges technology, people, and change, translating platform capabilities into practical productivity outcomes for employees and managers across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Productivity & Democratization Strategy
- Define and own Teva's enablement strategy for personal productivity and collaboration (M365, Copilot), low‑code/no‑code platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio), and citizen automation and self‑service productivity use cases.
- Translate Digital Workforce and DADAI strategy into clear, actionable enablement roadmaps.
- Identify priority personas and use cases (employees, managers, power users, citizen developers/makers).
- Responsible Democratization & Guardrails
- Partner with IT, Security, Legal, Privacy, and Risk to define and operationalize clear guardrails for citizen development and AI usage.
- Ensure alignment with Teva's Responsible AI framework, data protection, and compliance standards.
- Enable employees to innovate safely and confidently without unnecessary friction.
- Clarify what can be self‑served vs. what requires escalation or central involvement.
- Cross‑Capability & Product Collaboration
- Partner closely with the Digital Data & AI Capability within DADAI to align productivity, Copilot, and democratization enablement with Teva's enterprise AI strategy and platforms.
- Ensure AI‑assisted productivity initiatives adhere to Teva's data, security, privacy, and compliance standards.
- Translate core AI capabilities into practical, role‑based productivity use cases.
- Collaborate with Digital Workforce and Product Teams (e.g., M365, Copilot, Power Platform, Digital Workplace products) to convert product roadmaps and releases into clear, scalable enablement and adoption motions.
- Establish feedback loops from employee adoption, friction points, and business needs into product evolution.
- Support global rollout, adoption, and scaling across functions and regions.
- Act as the enablement and adoption counterpart to product ownership.
- Community, Change & Communication
- Build and nurture communities of practice for personal productivity (champions, power users, citizen developers).
- Act as a visible change leader and storyteller for new ways of working at Teva.
- Promote reuse, success stories, and peer‑to‑peer learning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business teams adopting democratized tools.
- Value Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track success metrics, including adoption and active usage, productivity and time‑saved indicators, and business value enabled by citizen solutions.
- Continuously improve enablement based on insights, feedback, and outcomes.
Qualifications
- 8‑12+ years of experience in digital workplace, productivity, or enterprise enablement.
- Technology‑led transformation, adoption, or change programs.
- Proven experience driving enterprise‑scale adoption, not just pilots.
- Experience working in global and regulated environments (strong advantage).
- M365 ecosystem and Copilot capabilities.
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
- Citizen development and low‑code/no‑code operating models.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business‑friendly outcomes.
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted productivity and Responsible AI principles.
Leadership & Behavioral Skills
- Strong influencing skills without direct authority.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and facilitation capabilities.
- Comfortable operating across strategy, execution, and change.
