Partner with Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams to ensure sourcing decisions are feasible and compliant. Partner with Category Managers, External Manufacturing, Quality, and Manufacturing stakeholders to execute sourcing initiatives. Communicate sourcing plans and outcomes clearly and consistently. Apply standard sourcing tools, templates, and processes consistently. Identify opportunities to improve sourcing efficiency and execution discipline. Contribute to sourcing playbooks, standard work, and procurement tool adoption.
Your Skills and Experience
- Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
- Education/Certification/Experience: Associates degree required; Bachelors or Masters degree preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience leading end to end strategic sourcing and contracting activities, preferable within external manufacturing or regulated industries.
- Strong working knowledge of sourcing and negotiation practices.
- Experience delivering savings and sourcing value initiatives.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
- Solid stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and problem solving capabilities.
- Strong execution and delivery mindset with attention to detail.
- Effective negotiation and commercial acumen.
- Ability to operate effectively in evolving procurement environments.
