This position collaborates with a 200+ engineering organization to modernize decision making and accelerate innovation. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li generous annual leave /li li reward plans /li li flexible working schedules /li li tailored health support /li li career development via Twist /li li internal growth opportunities /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Own end-to-end solution architecture for data, analytics, and AI use cases with focus on design quality, security, scalability, supportability, and cost /li li Translate business needs into target architectures, integration patterns, and implementation guidance /li li Lead hands-on prototyping, architecture reviews, and technical support for delivery teams /li li Ensure security, governance, compliance, and operational readiness throughout the lifecycle /li li Provide technical oversight through design and code reviews and production readiness checks /li li Collaborate with enterprise architects and regulatory functions to meet standards and control requirements /li li Communicate effectively with stakeholders across teams and control functions /li li Mentor and lead by example within distributed delivery environments /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 15+ years IT experience /li li 10+ years in senior solution architecture for enterprise data, analytics, and AI platforms /li li 2+ years hands-on delivery of Microsoft-first AI platforms and services (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Search, Semantic Kernel, Prompt Flow) /li li 7+ years hands-on experience with Azure-based data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, data lake architectures, SQL, dimensional modeling) /li li Proven ability to shape target designs and guide delivery teams through implementation /li li Strong experience with security, governance, and regulatory compliance /li li Excellent English communication and ability to align across architects, delivery teams, stakeholders, and controls /li /ul ul li leadership by example /li li strong architectural judgment /li li problem-solving /li li Power BI architecture (semantic models, DAX, Power Query) /li li Azure-based data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, data lake, SQL) /li li Enterprise AI governance patterns /li /ul
