The predicted salary is between 28000 - 35000 £ per year.
Within this role, you will ultimately be responsible as the final checkpoint for each high‑grade pharma product batch that leaves our site. You will pack, set up, operate, monitor, and improve all automated packing equipment used to create our blow‑fill‑seal nebulisers or pre‑filled syringes. Your actions enable Teva patients to receive lifesaving/enhancing medication each day.
Responsibilities
- Maintain equipment operating at agreed standards by monitoring performance, troubleshooting faults, and making appropriate adjustments.
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance as instructed by the Engineering team.
- Own the reporting of any instances of non‑conformance to the management team.
- Adhere to Health and Safety procedures and good working practices to minimise accidents/incidents.
- Perform packaging operational duties to enhance overall quality of the final product.
- Ensure good housekeeping standards within the packaging area(s) in accordance with cGMP.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering or Science discipline and a passion for improving patients' lives.
- Experience working on a packing line in a highly regulated environment such as pharmaceutical industry, food manufacturing, medical devices, or a similar environment, without a degree background.
- Strong technical and problem‑solving skills applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and self‑starter attitude.
- Ability to set and deliver high‑performance standards for self and team members.
- Ability to work as part of an operations team.
