Leeds/Manchester/Birmingham however we are flexible with regards to location for this position.

We are looking for a keen, progressive, versatile individual who can adopt a flexible approach to deliver projects for our diverse range of clients. An individual who is eager to grow & lead site teams and willing to go the extra mile to ensure work is delivered correctly, accurately and on time.
Candidates will be fully proficient in utility mapping techniques, including electromagnetic detection, ground penetrating radar and the standard outputs of utility surveying. You will have a strong health and safety culture with experience of operating safe systems of work, be ambitious, enthusiastic and have good communication skills.
Our team is based across the UK working on a variety of projects, therefore flexibility, overnight stays plus occasional night work may be required. We deliver short-term projects across the globe on a regular basis, you will have the opportunity to work on these projects if this is of interest to you.
About you:
- Experience in utility surveying & leading utility surveying teams
- Ability to undertake utility surveys in various environments with an in-depth knowledge of PAS 128 M1-M4(P) methodologies.
- Knowledge of modern data capture techniques such as Total Stations and GNSS.
- Experience using AutoCAD, including data processing, interpretation, and presentation of survey results.
- Full driving licence.
- Suitability for security clearance.
Desirable:
- Topographic surveying experience.
- QCF Utility Mapping Level 3 and Level 5 qualification in Utility Mapping and Surveying.
